  • Before the Fair


    • Our hotline is available to you:
      Do you have a question? Need advice? Wondering who to contact? The Livre Paris Fair customer service department is available to respond to your needs and provide the best answers to your questions.
      Contact the hotline on +33 (0)1 47 56 64 31 from Monday to Friday - 9 a.m. to 12 noon and from 2 to 6 p.m.

    • An email address: livre@reedexpo.fr for any questions about the tools available: ordering badges, technical guide, registration, visa applications and so on. We strive to answer you within 24 hours.

    • An information meeting to present the Fair to you and answer all your questions face-to-face: You can also attend workshops with the Fair's cross-functional teams (technical, commercial, sales administration and so on) so that they can understand your requirements more fully and help you make the most out of your participation.

    • The indispensable Exhibitors' handy guide available in our site before the Fair, in your exhibitor space. This contains a wide range of information (useful addresses, practical tips, etc.) to simplify your participation from set-up to dismantling.
  • During the Fair


    • A "Livre Paris & you" exhibitors’ assistance team, easily identifiable at the Fair during the set-up and dismantling periods.

    • Two dedicated reception areas


    • The Fair organisers' office :
    • throughout the Fair, we will do everything we can to help you.

      At the Fair organisers' office, you will find:
      • an international reception desk
      • a technical reception desk
      • a sales administration section

    • The Exhibitors' Lounge:
      An area where you can discuss your participation with the Fair team and talk with other exhibitors and professional attendees. Come and meet the sales team on the first two days of the Fair from 9 to 10 a.m.

  • After the Fair


    • A report on press coverage will be sent to you.
